Julius Wilhelmi (Jr., Roseville, CA/Woodcreek HS), Tatum Good (So., Scottsdale, AZ/Scottsdale Prep Academy), and Alayna Kisiday (So., Silverdale, WA/Central Kitsap HS) each took first place in two events for Willamette University in a dual swimming meet against George Fox University on Saturday, Jan. 21 at the WU Natatorium. Wilhelmi won the men's 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle, while Good grabbed first in the women's 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke, and Kisiday placed first in the women's 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle.

Pitman HS) hit the nets for 20 points, and Jack Boydell (Sr., F, Sonoma, CA/Sonoma Valley HS) chipped in with 17 points and five rebounds, but Willamette University fell to the University of Puget Sound, 99-79, in a Northwest Conference game at Cone Field House on Saturday, Jan. 7. Puget Sound held an eight-point halftime lead, and although Willamette pulled within six points two times in the first six minutes of the second half, the Bearcats were unable to catch the Loggers.

Sami Riggs (Sr., G, La Verne, CA/Bonita HS) led all players with 14 points for the Bearcats and Megan River (Jr., G, Tumwater, WA/A.G. West Black Hills HS) tacked on 11 points.
