The purpose of the Emmett D. Towler Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in the areas of creative writing (Poetry, Drama, Fiction, Children’s Books), journalism, art and music.
Scholars do NOT have to major in the above disciplines, yet they must demonstrate ability in these academic areas.
Student must submit a portfolio of their creative work.
Available to CCC students only. Must be registered full-time (12 credits or more) each term and maintain a 2.5 GPA.
