The Amity HS CTE program has a new sawmill, thanks to a grant. Savannah and John got put through training today. Going to be exciting for our kids! This first log was from a fir tree taken down the edge of school property. The lumber will be dried using a solar kiln owned by the school. The ready to use product will be used in our various woods classes. Pretty exciting process!
