The Atkinson Graduate School of Management (Willamette MBA) has been recognized as a top U.S. MBA program in Poets&Quants’ MBA ranking for 2022–23 after briefly slipping off the list last year. Willamette MBA has been on Poets&Quants’ MBA ranking since the inception of the online publication’s list, with last year as the only exception. The Poets&Quants’ ranking represents the “Definitive List of the Top 100 U.S. MBA Programs,” as it combines the five most influential business school rankings in the world: U.S. News (weighted 35%), Forbes (25%), The Financial Times (20%), Businessweek (10%), and The Economist (10%).

This year, Willamette MBA bounced back to Poets&Quants’ top 100 at #76, the highest ranking the school has ever achieved on the Poets&Quants’ list. This new achievement places Willamette MBA four spots ahead of University of Oregon (80), the only other Oregon program to appear on the list. In all of the Pacific Northwest, Willamette MBA is second only to the University of Washington.

It is an incredible achievement to be recognized as a top 100 U.S. MBA program among more than 1,100 AACSB accredited programs.

“I am delighted that we are back on the Poets&Quants ranking list,” says Dean Örn Bodvarsson. “This strong comeback proves that last year was just an anomaly.”

Willamette MBA offers generous scholarship aid to all admitted students. “Our generous scholarship aid to all admitted students is one of the many reasons the brightest MBA candidates choose us,” says Dean Örn Bodvarsson. “Other reasons include our stellar faculty and staff, incredibly supportive alumni community, and exceptional career services.”

Willamette MBA’s Career Management team has led career treks to local corporate giants including adidas, Alaska Airlines, Amazon, Fortive, Intel, Microsoft, Nike, Nordstrom, T-Mobile, and many others. This January, the Career Management team will be taking our students to Amazon again with more planned for February and March.
