Star Trees Lighting and Holiday Concert
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 3, 2022, for the annual Star Trees lighting and free Family Holiday Concert.
Join us as we light the Star Trees at 6:30 p.m. and enjoy music, cocoa, and s’mores. The Family Holiday Concert, featuring the University Chamber Orchestra, will follow at 7 p.m. in Hudson Hall, Mary Stuart Rogers Music Center.
Coat and warm clothing donations will be collected for the Union Gospel Mission.

2022 PRICING & MENU
Cost: WU faculty/staff/students $9.25; Adults $16; Children 10 and under $8
Salads: roasted sweet potato and quinoa salad, green goddess salad with mixed greens, farfalle and sun-dried tomato (vegetarian)
Carving station: herb crusted NY striploin, house-made porchetta
Sides: scalloped potatoes, roasted local winter squash, Willamette Valley green beans with wild Oregon Mushroom cream and crispy shallots
Vegan station: holiday celebration loaf, vegan scalloped potatoes, garlic roasted cauliflower, delicata squash stuffing, steamed broccolini, vegan mushroom gravy
Pizza and Pasta station: Chef’s specials
Desserts: pumpkin roulade, gingerbread cookies, cranberry oatmeal cookies (vegan, made w/out gluten)
