Starting Thursday, November 10, you can drop off your leaves-only in the marked area at Barendse Park to get a head-start for the upcoming 2nd Leaf & Yard Debris Event. Please do not drop off other yard debris until the actual event on November 18-20, 2022. Give Public Works a call at 503-982-9429 or email molinger@cityofhubbard.org if you have any questions.
