The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office announced the Rize CCC Players of the Week on Monday morning, where the No. 21 Corban University Men's Soccer team found graduate student goalkeeper Quinn McCallion's name called for the third team this season as the Defensive Player of the Week award winner.

"Great to see Quinn collect this recognition again," Corban Head Coach Tim Kagey said earlier today. "He is fantastic in goal and I don't think we've still yet to see his true potential. We are extremely excited for him!"
McCallion continues to blow through the 2022 season on a historic pace, as he logged his eighth and ninth straight shutouts of the season this past weekend against Eastern Oregon University and The College of Idaho. The Wallingford, United Kingdom native has yet to allow a goal this entire year, and has only needed 11 total saves to do so.
The 5'10 brick wall continues to lead the conference in all major goalkeeping categories, including goals against average (0.00), save percentage (1.000), shutouts (9), and wins (9).
McCallion and the Warriors face their first road trip of the season this upcoming weekend, as they travel north to Portland for a pair of huge conference matchups with Multnomah University and (RV) Warner Pacific University, with both matchups tabbed for a 2:30pm PDT start time.
