Turner ranked 47th in state for resident earnings in 2017

Turner ranked 47th among cities in Oregon by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau in August.

The median income of Turner residents was an inflation-adjusted $33,163 per year. Turner had 885 households in 2017, with a population of 2,221.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Pronghorn. Pronghorn's median income was $250,001 per year after adjusting for inflation – $216,838 more than Turner. It had 18 households in 2017 and a population of 28.

Granite had the lowest annual resident income among cities in Oregon, with a median income of only $2,499 per year. That was $30,664 less than the median income in Turner at the time. Granite had 9 households in 2017 and a population of 9.
