On Sunday, March 2, former South Salem High School standout Emma Cordero’s current college team, the Western Oregon Wolves, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Clarion Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m. at WOU Softball Field against Central Washington Wildcats.
