On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Sprague High School standout Sophia Honse’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Racer Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Racers this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. at Racer Softball Field against Butler Bulldogs.
