On Saturday, March 22, former Sprague High School standout Sophia Honse’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Tech Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 3:10 p.m. at Tech Softball Field against Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
