On Monday, Feb. 24, former Sprague High School standout Sophia Honse’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 9-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Racer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Racers this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2:50 p.m. at Lou Brock Sports Complex against Green Bay Phoenix.
