Later that evening on May 16, the campaign referenced a tightening race in the state’s Republican primary and encouraged supporters to vote: “New poll reveals Oregon’s Republican gubernatorial primary tightening dramatically in the final days, as Ed Diehl campaign gains incredible momentum. On May 16 as well, Diehl’s team shared an update from one of the mentioned events: “Feeling the momentum at the Scio Car Show! https://t.co/T8yan4c00h”.
